I ordered 2 treatment masques 14 days ago and they only sent one in the mail. I responded to my order confirmation email explaining this situation and no one is responding to my email even though I contacted them twice. Very bad service and I might not purchase anything in the future from this store again if I don’t get a refund or get sent the second masque soon.
