Hairdepot offers FREE SHIPPING across Canada on all orders over $200 (after discounts and before taxes).
For orders under $200 (after discounts and before taxes), a flat shipping fee of $13.99 applies. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday.
No additional customs fees or extra charges apply to US orders unless the order is $850 and more. Duty charges are calculated by the country of the recipient. We do not have any control over that.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
At Hairdepot orders are typically processed within 4 business days, though this may vary based on product availability. Processing times exclude delivery durations, which depend on your location.

- British Columbia and Alberta: 3–6 business days
- Manitoba and Saskatchewan: 3–5 business days
- Quebec and Ontario: 1–4 business days

Carrier Delivery Delays
Our estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. If you encounter an unexpected delay in receiving your package, please contact us at info@hairdepot.ca. We will work with the carrier to open a service ticket to investigate the issue.
Please note that we cannot send a replacement package until the carrier confirms the status and location of the original package. In some cases, additional delays may apply. Thank you for your understanding!
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. This allows you to monitor your package every step of the way.
If you have a registered account with us, you can also track your orders directly in the Purchase History section of your account. Stay informed and updated on your delivery!
Damaged Parcel
If your package is delivered to a PO Box, please note that Hairdepot is not responsible for any damage caused by external factors such as extreme temperatures or theft.
For items damaged during transport, please refer to our Return Policy section for detailed instructions on how to proceed. We're here to help ensure your satisfaction!
Unclaimed Parcel
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, it will be sent to a post office for pickup. Upon receiving a delivery notice, please follow the instructions provided or use the tracking number emailed to you to check the delivery status.
To pick up your parcel from the post office, you will need:
- The delivery notice
- An official photo ID with your address
Important: You have up to 10 business days to collect your package. If it is not claimed within this period, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, your order will be canceled and refunded, minus:
- A $19.99 flat fee for return shipping
- A 15% restocking fee based on your order value
Please ensure timely pickup to avoid additional charges.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
If your provided delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, and the carrier is unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to us.
Once we receive the returned package, a full refund will be issued, minus:
- A $19.99 flat fee for return shipping
- A 15% restocking fee based on your order value
Please double-check your delivery address during checkout to avoid additional charges and ensure a smooth delivery process.
Out of Stock
Occasionally, some products may be out of stock. If your order includes both available and out-of-stock items, we will refund the unavailable products and ship the rest of your order.
