Milk_shake Icy Blond conditioner is a specific treatment for blonde hair. The special black pigment in the new Milk_shake Icy Blond range adds delicate ashy highlights to very light blonde or platinum hair. It prolongs the effect of gray or silver highlights. It neutralizes unwanted yellow or copper tones in blonde hair.
Ideal for very light blonde or platinum hair. Not recommended for gray or white hair.
